Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, comply with all applicable laws, and accurately represent their work location and hours within the system.
All intellectual property rights in the CHAPPS system, including its framework, methodology, and materials, are retained exclusively by Larry Pinson Sr. and CHAPPS.
CHAPPS reserves the right to terminate access for violations of this agreement. Users may cancel at any time with written notice.
CHAPPS is not liable for outcomes related to individual tax situations, employer compliance, or third-party payroll processors. Users are advised to consult licensed professionals for personal tax guidance.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and CHAPPS regarding use of the system.
